What if i have received a different thing from what i had actually ordered?

All items are thoroughly checked at the production unit before dispatch. However in case the customer feels that he/she has received a wrong item, they can immediately share the pictures of the same with OMO Support Team along with their invoice id. If wrong item was delivered due to some error in dispatch section or by shipment mismatch by delivery partner, customer will have option to 
1) Opt for return of bicycle. We request customer to pack the bicycle in original box and our support team will guide the return pickup process 
2) Customer can also request for replacement . We will dispatch the new bike in 1-2 days and old bike will be picked up from customer place as soon as possible 
3) If customer wants to keep the different model which was mistakenly delivered to customer, the remaining amount will be refunded to customer or due amount invoice will be sent to customer 

What if i have placed and order and want to modify it?

For changing order you can raise a order modification request or order change request through our website chat support or raise a ticket for same. 

1) Order placed on Amazon , Flipkart and Bajaj Finance :-  Customers need to raise a cancel request on platform from where you have purchased the bike and same need to be informed to the OMO support team so dispatch can be put on hold and full refund will be issued for previous order if bicycle has not been dispatched from Godown

2) Order placed on website : - Customers need to raise a ticket on our wesbite or inform our chat support.The team will change the order and will refund the rest of the amount. In case the new amount is higher, the same will be collected and post that the order will be modified.
Note :- Change request after dispatch is not possible. However if customer still wants to change the order, a return shipping charges for previous order will be deducted/charged 

How can I get a GST invoice for my order ?

All bikes are shipped from Godown with 2 copies of Invoices. One attached on the carton and another one given to delivery company for the billing purpose which is handed over to the customer during the time of delivery. In case customer need soft copy of Invoice, it can be downloaded from the website or portal from which customer has ordered the bicycle. However if customer is unable to find the Invoice, they can request our support team though ticket along with details such as order no if possible, phone no , email address and our team will send the invoice through mail.

For Business buyer who need GST invoice for claim purpose.
1) Ordered from Website - Please share your GST no details in ticket and our team will provide you the GST invoice with both parties GST details.
2) Ordered from Amazon , Flipkart and Bajaj Finance - We can not change the Invoice issued from amazon , flipkart and bajaj finance and GST claim will be done by respective platforms only. In this case we can only provide you Invoice issued from the platform which customer can also download from there account. 

Where should I place the order? Amazon, Flipkart, Bajaj EMI Store or OMO Bikes official website? 

You can buy from any of the website - Amazon, Flipkart, Bajaj EMI store or OMO Bikes official website. 

 In every case, bicycles are shipped from our factory in Haryana by our shipping partner Spoton, Gati or any other. 

I am facing issues with my order. What should I do?

This way, we automatically register your complaint and start working on it. You can share images / videos of your issues for our better understanding. 
All tickets are responded within 24 hours without fail.  

How can i check the status of my order?

As soon an order is placed by the customer, all the updates will be automatically sent to customer on registered mobile number and emails. 

1) Order confirmation Mail and SMS
2) Once the bike is dispatched from our godown, an update will be sent again on Mail and SMS with tracking details and delivery partner information. ( Note - In case you do not receive the tracking id, it means that the shipment has not been dispatched yet )
