We are confident that you’ll love our bikes. Since our products are delivered directly from the Factory itself after doing all the quality and performance check. We assume you won't find any problem with the product delivered to you. But we’ll offer you a refund and pick it up from you if any damage is caused during the transport or shipment is getting delayed by our delivery partner.
We Advice you to record a video or Take photos immediately when your package is delivered to you, that will assure us the damaged being caused during Delivery. Without sufficient proof of damage product being delivered, we won't be able to accept it.
OMOBikes will also refund you money if you don't like our product within a period of 10 days. We advise you to keep the original delivery box. E-Bike or bicycles must be packaged and returned safely in the same packaging used to deliver the bike to you. This includes the packaging of the frame, wheels, and components. retain packaging in the event of a return. Damage caused from improper use or incorrect assembly – such as pedal threads being damaged will be charged.
When a product is returned and a refund is requested. The money will be refunded within 14 working days. The following fees will not be reimbursed:
What customer need to do when return pickup is arranged by omobikes
1) Customer need to pack the bike in Original box nicely along with all the free accessories came along with bicycle
2) Customer need to provide the return Invoice/ Return challan to delivery People during the pickup, Without return invoice/ return challan pickup wont be possible
