Customers can anytime track the live location of their shipment with the tracking id which is shared with them , however in some cases the id gets showed as invalid or blank. In such cases, it means that either
1) Shipment has not started moving out of our karnal city, since tracking is live only when shipment leave the pickup city location
2) There delivery pin code is non serviceable by our delivery partner, in this case we get the information after 48 hours from the delivery partner and our team try to get another delivery partner which can do the delivery at customer address. However, if no delivery partner is able to deliver to pin code, our team will call the customer within 3-5 days and inform the details before cancellation of order. In such cancellation , full refund will be issued to the customer
3) The website is facing some technical issue which is usually rectified in an hour approximately.
4) There is some issue in bill provided to delivery company with the box. In This case tracking wont be live even after 48 hours from dispatch
If you have received the tracking information in last 24 hours, we request you to wait sometime more before the tracking is live or you can create a ticket after 48 hours so our support team will check for the issue
