Who will deliver my bicycle?

All Bicycles orders are shipped from Omo Bikes central production facility in Haryana by our courier partners only, irrespective of the channel / website where the purchase has been made from. 

When will my order be shipped / delivered ?

All orders are shipped with 2-3 days of placing order. Thereafter, depending on the delivery address, home delivery can take from 4 to 10 working days.  Whether you place the order from Amazon, Flipkart, www.omobikes.com or any other website, the order will be shipped from our main facility only, and the delivery time will be same for all platforms.  

Why my delivery status is being shown as incomplete address?

We have partnered with one of the best delivery partner in India (Spoton and Gati) for smooth home delivery of your bicycle, however sometimes the current status of shipment is shown as Incomplete or Wrong address.
In such case, customer do not need to worry. The delivery company have limited option to mark delivery attempt so they mark the most appropriate option according to the situation.

In most of the cases of Incomplete delivery address, the phone no of customers are non reachable. Before making the delivery, our delivery partner will call customer and confirm the address. If phone no is not reachable because of network issue or any other issue, the suggested reason to be marked on delivery portal is wrong or incomplete address as the delivery partners have not received the delivery address confirmation from the customer  

In such case, kindly share your alternate contact no and we will forward it to delivery branch so they can contact you and deliver the parcel as soon as possible 

I am facing issue with my tracking id ?

Customers can anytime track the live location of their shipment with the tracking id which is shared with them , however in some cases the id gets showed as invalid or blank. In such cases, it means that either
1) Shipment has not started moving out of our karnal city, since tracking is live only when shipment leave the pickup city location 
2) There delivery pin code is non serviceable by our delivery partner, in this case we get the information after 48 hours from the delivery partner and our team try to get another delivery partner which can do the delivery at customer address. However, if no delivery partner is able to deliver to pin code, our team will call the customer within 3-5 days and inform the details before cancellation of order. In such cancellation , full refund will be issued to the customer 
3) The website is facing some technical issue which is usually rectified in an hour approximately. 
4) There is some issue in bill provided to delivery company with the box. In This case tracking wont be live even after 48 hours from dispatch


If you have received the tracking information in last 24 hours, we request you to wait sometime more before the tracking is live or you can create a ticket after 48 hours so our support team will check for the issue 



I received the bicycle in a damaged / torn box. What should I do? 

I want to change the delivery address of my order. What should I do? 

If you have mistakenly entered wrong delivery address or want to change delivery address for any reason, it can be done easily by contacting our customer support team 

1) Changing address before Dispatch - If you want to change the address before dispatch, you can update our chat support team or after sales support team through ticket, And our team will update the new address in your order.

2) Changing address After Dispatch -  Changing delivery address after dispatch will effect the delivery time of parcel because first the parcel will reach the delivery branch near to previous delivery address after which it will be redirected to the new address even if both the delivery address are in new city. In this case as well customer need to update our chat support team or after sales support team through ticket and our Team will do the redirect process by contact delivery branch with new address. Customer are requested to have patience in this case as the delivery may take some extra time than previously informed delivery time 


How can I check the status of my order delivery? 

My order status is showing some error. What should I do?

Which company will delivery my bicycle / product? 

If I order the bicycle from Amazon / Flipkart, will it be delivered earlier?
